Why does gwanggongs always a red flag

I swear that's literally just what a "gwanggong" is?

I was reading the novel for "Possessing The Obsessive Maniac’s Cotton Doll" and they were explaining that "gwanggong" is just another term for a obsessive, yandere seme. I'm seeing this new term alot lately
