I just know the coloring department was dysfunctional while making this, damn I hope seeing how much of a visual masterpiece this turned out to be, gives them some peace of mind...
But anyway. Gorgeous art! Again, I think the coloring/rendering/etc is what carried it to be so next level, but in general this manhwa is a visual bomb/pos. Super interesting story! The pacing can be kind of uncomfortable, since it kind of switched constantly from "slice-of-life" to normal drama levels of action, but all in all the story itself was great, and so were the characters. While the irregular pacing leaves a bit to be desired story-wise, it helped flesh out the characters a lot! Although there were some of them that I kinda wished had more screentime (like Miele)... rip.
My only real complaint about this is how it can feel so corny at times... idk how to explain but a lot of scenes feel like they were straight out of a soap opera. Also, those last 2-3 side story chapters were kind of really badly executed... especially for the stunt they're trying to pull at the end there. But, they're side stories, so I'll just leave them out of my overall feelings abt this series.
-- which are, well, extremely positive! I do recommend it, especially for anyone who's gotten bored of the usual setup in historical reincarnation manhwas. They don't do anything super exciting in regards to the execution of this trope, but at least it's a unique setup yk lol
