I think he wants the MC to be killed because he likes the hacker guy and hacker guy likes MC. And hacker guy is doing everything he can so he could have the MC. Please correct me if I am wrong. I can say I really like this manhwa but the updates just takes too long to be released my brain can’t keep up as I’ve been reading a lot.

Ok so..
- the prologue tell us that the world collapse (previous dimention) and all other guides died that's why ML decided to transfer MC to another dimentions (future dimention). ML then, 'killed' all other espers and because he doesn't have any energy left, he tried to 'kill' himself and revived himself so that he got more energy to opened up the dimention where MC are..
- Now that ML and MC on the same dimentions, they finally reunited, but MC lost his memory cause something happend which we don't know why yet.. or is it just me? Idk (mystery #1)
- The other espers that survived, also decided to go to a new dimention (green, roban, yoo jin and yeonsung) to heal up. They got lucky cause it turns out they are on the same dimention as MC (the only guide left) and ML.
- Since MC is the only guide left, other espers are desperate to take him away from ML.. they either really need of MC power or just a fucking perverts

- The world collapsed because of the CE project (the center make those creatures stronger to wiped out all espers but ig it got out of control). It's also the reason why humanity ceased to exist. They rebuild the center and there's 3 new awakened esper after the rebuild (yoo jin, Roban and yeonsung) ch47
- Every new awakened esper will have a memory loss and the center will try to fill in the gap by giving those esper new memory (like what happend with hacker guy, he actually work for the center as the information analyst but after his awakening the center give him new memory and tell him he's a hacker instead) ch46
- i'm a little confused about green's logic though (ch53)
He intentionaly blocking ML when MC got kidnapped by yoo jin. what i grasped from this situation is, green wants yoo jin to kill MC.. but why would yoo jin kill MC though? he literally need MC power.. wtf...
(The reason why green wants yoo jin to kill MC is because green wants hacker guy to stop obsessing over MC and finally look at him yk since green and hacker guy used to be lover before hacker guy lose his memory)
