I think Jingi might have taken the wrap for their "uncle", and Hyeonjae had to go to prison since his brother was already in and obviously what he did. Their uncle has photo/VHS tapes of things involving children with some of the subtle hints so far. Jingi might have gotten caught in the cross fire and was already going to prison for one charge but taking the fall for their uncle who practically owns the prison he knew he had to take the deal from his uncle, there was no other choice. Especially with both of their records, who would believe a convicted over a model citizen? Maybe he was also caught with his uncle's sick interest. He chose to do the sentence since one of his conditiony be that his brother gets transferred with him. I can't wait to see what the truth is and who knows maybe I'm wrong.
