Men's boxers are meant to have holes in them
Men's boxers....have a hole in the front like that. It's there so they dont have to take their underwear off when pissing etc.
That hole is in the front, the one that he tian was fingering was on the side. So I also think it shows he is still wearing them although it is torn.
