The translation engine I was using is pretty accurate and I had just read the raws a few days ago (most recent chapters of the courtroom and afterwards, his argument with the mc, forgot his name)

Even if the lines didn’t say explicitly that they went all the way, there’s 3 images that imply he was laid on the ground as they did it.

1) His pants being down by his ankles as he stands up, proceeded by his hand being around the hem of his pants- implying he pulled them up and is adjusting his pants.

2) One scene showing his POV, laid out or leaning back, his knees propped up, one of the longer haired guys crouching in front of him and smiling

3) In another scene (another chapter other than chapter 39), Brett remembers laying on the ground as the dude with either short hair or a hat (forgot which) is on top of him.
