so true bro but then in ch 85 when Caeser gave order to kill Dmitry, Lee won was just like nah I'm jk which tbh I don't really understand why he would say that. The author is just trying to stretch the plot at this point.
CH 85 caesar said, "without you, my life would've been be so boring," so i think the idea of someone hiring an assassin to kill leewon thrilling him because he's sure confident in his ability to protect leewon. on the other hand, i think he might not be fully aware of it, because during the phone call scene CH 86, leewon said something like, "if you don't get it, it's fine," and caesar responded with, "what if it is?"
so, in my opinion, he probably knows that someone is trying to kill leewon, but he might not realize that DMITRI is the one behind it. though, he could easily investigate and find out who's trying to kill leewon.
