Dude...sorry I'm going to sound a little heated up but how are you measuring Souichi's love? It took him a lot to get to where he is. Only comes around during sex? Do you not see the hugs and touches? The kind looks and encouraging words? You're looking at it like Morinaga. No wonder you don't think Souichi likes him as much as he actually does.
You have to remember that Souichi has had to question his own personal integrity and values to be with Morinaga. He was the one who made things official between them. We don't get to see every thing that happens between them with all of the time skips. Souichi's love language is altogether different than Morinaga and that's something a lot of people (including Morinaga tbh) tend to forget at times.
If you use a linear scale of 0-100...let's say Morinaga is at 100/100 and Souichi is at 40/100. It might look like it's so lopsided. But if you consider that Morinaga started at 0 while Souichi started at -60, you can even argue that Souichi's love is equal or even stronger.

When I saw the OG comment I was out of words but thank you for saying it. Souichi clearly loves and supports him. He's there him and was even ready to go see his parents like come on. He may not be as physical but he gives that anyways. He always has morinaga on his mind, is always considerate of him, like come onnn.

Fr plus, while Souichi can get emotional (ie. Bad temper), he is a logical thinker when important things are on the line. I don't think he's really the type would be the type to just let things happen to him without thinking about it first. That's why it took a hot minute for him to get where he is now with his relationship with Morinaga
Yeah haha. I don't think he's the type to go out of his way for people he doesn't care about. He doesnt even make an effort to remember people's name (took years to remember Morinaga's!) let alone give anyone insignificant a time of his day. That's why people fear him while Morinaga thinks he's really kind. Because Morinaga is significant to him.
We don't have a lot of examples but we do see how he interacts with other people based on their functions for him. His two assistants are just assistants. Morinaga's friend is just someone who helps him with the interviews. Students are just students. Isogai is a wild card that he can't understand so he dislikes him.
But Morinaga? Damn. Morinaga was just supposed to be a kouhai but he graduated past that and he's now a significant part of his life. He treats him like an extension of him almost. That's why he's so invested in making sure people who hurt him (his parents, Masaki, his brother, etc) are dealt with. Lol.
I’m seriously feeling bad for tetsuhiro now….. i mean like how much ever time they spend together it’s like only he likes souichi and souichi only comes around when they’re having sex.
