And as for the second part before when they get into a relationship the MC already knows that he's putting his life at risk by being in a relationship with the ML because of his desire to kill. But he ignores it and proceeds to get into a relationship with him. And because he knows what he is he always assures him that he can leave whenever and he won't come after him.

No, I understand what you're saying. That's why I was letting you know that you were correct no rape occurred between the main characters at all and the ML never raped anyone.
