exactly that! i keep thinking that the transmigration stuff is just a way to drive the plot forward and excuse any possible plot holes but it has literally no point being in the story.. it’s like the story forgets she’s transmigrated until it’s randomly brought up again in some awkward fashion
honestly the author shouldnt have included the transmigration and just stuck to the knowing the future part, maybe through future visions or something. itd be more understandable for elena to not know anything outside of the story, since then she’d just be a normal child… its not her fault the author keeps making her dense as hell and ignoring that she was probably fully grown before
