She probably is. There’s nothing wrong with wanting a “typical” future for your kids and it can be very shocking and sometimes overwhelming when your kids derive so extensively off that path. What matters at the end of the day is if your can understand and overall accept that even tho your children will not share the future you wished for them, there still your kids and you can still find a way to love and respect them and there choices.
Which i hope she is able to do and honestly she doesn’t seem against gay people at all and it’s a completely different experience when it’s your own kid. So she’ll probably need some time to figure it out In her head but I think she’ll definitely come around even if she doesn’t understand cause she seems to genuinely love her children
she probably is, but when it comes to parents and their own kids it can be a different reaction if they were expecting their children to give them grandchildren
