The industry I work in is different but when I have work/credit taken from me I get real petty and make a big stink about how much time and all the resources that were wasted bc of decisions made by senior staff out of their depth. Its an effective way to prove your indispensability and atp no one bothers me bc they know I'm a huge bitch
There you go, it always happens in reality. Same here my field is different but same scenario. Senior staff sometimes needs to get their shit together. And yes so far because they saw my capabilities they know now that I'm good at what I do whether I speak the native language or not. Hahaha glad they don't bother you anymore. I feel really bad for our MC cause I was in that position in one of my job before. I made the concept, the planning and budgetting but they put a different producer cause they said it would be better for a native speaker to do it lols but I know my shit, eventually I'll work on it. when the producer keep on screwing up the pre prod and client was getting frustrated they finally gave it back to me. I didn't get angry or anything cause I know the person will screw up eventually cause she would never know how I plan the things
