Plus, he's also sometimes a bystander and he's probably looking for his next victim so he's keeps a close eye on people whenever he's in public.
I also think he spies on his victims before he kills them.
I'm a bit curious. How does Dan even find out about all these bastards? People destroying a homeless person's shelter isnt something that happens everywhere and its not like theres any documentation of the act. The same goes for a youtuber doing horrible things to get views. How does he know all these things? Its like he's an omniscient and omnipresent entity. Its hard for me to suspend my disbelief, but I still like it
