Highschool boy with white hair in early story, he ride the same train with KDJ

He was in the beginning when kim dojka was in the train,he had white hair and was supposed to be one of the main characters

Ohh I do remember now, but didn't he had fight with kdj ,when they met in underworld, what happened there such that he came here on kdj calling , or is my brain doing tricks to me
