I believe it's many reasons to not do that, like, remember he was treated like "psycho", he himself was confused sometimes about that situation and even if he found his real family they mostly wouldn't believe him and maybe send him to psych ward again
So I read this another manhwa where this guy turns into a vampire but to his family he is dead...but he does go and checks them out bc he misses them...so i thought that he would do that too ya know ..like search for his family and just kinda see how they faring ...but what u said makes sense too
I’m on your side on that! But I read many story with similar plot like reincarnation, body change etc and see others different point of view and now I can understand when sometimes they choose not to see them. And in this specific situation is even harder when his 'body is alive'. Like you go to your family and say "your son is dead but I'm his reincarnation " or "your son is standing next to you but I'm your real son and his is just in my body right now ". The first one is easier to believe right?
