I don't think that's possible at the moment. Imagine if the ministry of defence and ministry of finances started a conflict in a newly formed country/goverment. 30 years is not a long time for all the problems it had to resolve after a war.
Oh, I guess that made sense. But still, that makes it even easier for people to be scammed.
It can't be that the Wizard Association is omnipotent, yea? There's already too much mistakes that MC's department found. They're a government office, can't they collect all that evidence and force the association to undergo an impromptu investigation?
