So basically Yeonwoo and seo in were best friends in highschool. Yeonwoo had a crush on seo in and apparently seo in also had a crush on him too. But one day, Yeonwoo saw seo in and his brother kissing. Mind you, from the recent chapter, it has been revealed that seo in was adopted so they're not related biologically. And also, seo in's brother who is called Jaewon was also bullying Yeonwoo severely. Yeonwoo after seeing the kiss between seo in and Jaewon and also being bullied by Jaewon decided to avoid seo in entirely. And from what we know, seo in still doesn't know that Yeonwoo saw the kiss and that he was being bullied by his brother. Seo in's mother visited Yeonwoo's father and paid so kind of compensation because her bastard of a son severely injured Yeonwoo and he still takes medications because of what that psycho put him through till the present day.
So now in this new chapter, the black haired kid is seo in and the blond is Jaewon. From what we can see, seo in was adopted into the family because Jaewon's Mom lost one of her twins. Jaewon was the other twin. She adopted seo in cause he looked so similar to Jaewon. But Jaewon has apparently been a psychotic kid since birth cause he bullied seo in for being adopted by his parents and even faked being stabbed and blamed it on seo in. Their mother somehow knows that her child might be fucked up and doesn't care and tells seo in to just act like a good brother to him. Even though her child needs to go to a psychologist. So from all this we can deduce that Jaewon bullied Yeonwoo on purpose cause he saw that seo in liked him and was best friends with him. He probably initiated the kiss he had with seo in to disgust Yeonwoo too. And also, no one in their family cares about seo in. They only tolerate him cause the mother adopted him and wanted him in the family so they can be a picture perfect family. The father, Jaewon, and all the relatives despise seo in. Yeonwoo was probably the only ambience of peace and happiness seo in had but it still didn't last cause Jaewon made sure to fuck up everything between them. So that's why after Yeonwoo basically left seo in back in highschool, he became the unstable and unhinged guy we know today
