You can't hate the mother. She's a Spirit, the embodiment of nature itself. It's like hating a wolf for eating a sheep. Or the ocean for being a tsunami. Deciding on a whim to take life or give life. Can't apply human emotions or morals to literal God's.

I’m js saying if we are applying a sort of the rules of nature than the mother should’ve still taken care her child because it’s a perfectly fine child and in the example of even animals they will take card of their young unless if the child is deemed not fit for survivable they would abandon it. Sometimes children would be abandoned when the mother js discriminated from them. In the mother’s she probably didn’t care about raising a child, “birthing” the, or anything else. Just probably though being “human” would be fun or interesting. Not any worse than humans imo ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

is that what you got from it? for me, experiencing things first hand is more knowledgable that being told something. I think what she did was crucial for her daughter because she's the princess of spirits, a high status that comes with a lot of power. Since she's young she could easily be taken advantage of.

Yea that’s why I’m lik mayb it was a sort of good idea for the mother to separate her body and “soul” locking her powers, but the way I c the mother I js don’t like her; she knew what her own kin, her child was going through, but essentially decided to go on doing her own shit. Why did she even have a child in the first place? To get the full human female experience ?

Also I’m all for letting ur child experience the world firsthand and everything, but some sort of guardian figure should’ve been there as a form of support cuz other than that what she basically did was let her child raise herself, and what her child get abused, starved, and killed ╮( ̄- ̄)╭
