FINDING BL STORY TITLE!!

I only remember the fragment of this story, basically the mc thought that he was inside the story but the comment section said that he wasn't. Something traumatic happened in his past that his mind thought that he is inside the manhwa and one of the characters resemble his bestfriend. Idk if this is the same manhwa, but the bestfriend, or him regressed or something and the mc tried to kill himself so the bestfriend is try to prevent that.
