The Leader (Lee Kangjin) died on the last dungeon. The dungeon has 2 condition: either clear the dungeon with someone with gaia skill only without time limit, or destruction of dungeon that will reappear after 10 years. The last condition is basically a suicide because the leader knows he cannot clear the dungeon by himself, so he sacrificed himself so that the dungeon will disappear and will not be forced to enter (since only him and the mc has gaia skill)
