Seriously.

Geez, you'd think it's impossible to have a relationship without sex. Is it that important? Does that mean that as an asexual, unless I find another asexual, I'll never have someone who'd want to be in a relationship me because we won't have sex? The whole break up with me because I can't have sex with you. geez.

it would be pretty rough for someone with an active sex drive to be in a monogamous relationship with someone who doesn't. Think about it - that person's sex life from then on is masturbation or having occasional pity sex with someone who isn't really interested. It's like speaking a different physical language. It's not unreasonable to have some doubts there.

I guess you just gotta find someone who is okay without sex and just masturbating, but the likelihood of that is probably better with other asexuals... I'm aro so I always have to find people who are okay with friends w benefits (which is harder than you would think) and who wont have romantic feelings for me... I would say other aros would better understand my feelings than non-aros

I'm also asexual, but ya, I was the one who broke up because they kept pressing me for sex even though I told them it made me feel nauseous. Ideally, I would like to date another asexual person ( ̄∇ ̄")
