I doubt it remember in chapter one he was under rumble and he came out unscathed
When he was shirtless you could very much see where the tattoos ended (and they were perfectly symmetrical), I think if they weren’t they’d be much more faded (￣∇￣") + if whatever he has on his neck and anckles were real scars I don’t think they’d be so stylized either. I think some things about him make him not look human (like his eyes and that scene you quoted) but those are tattoos alright
I do think he might be infected but not a zombie I don't think he died maybe just mutated
I pretty sure he has blackout tattoos those are a style of tattooing that cover large areas of a design in black ink
My working theory rn is that Guwon is a conscious zombie. His arms are necrosed and his head appears to have been decapitated at one point. Either way he's super cute and I'm excited for this one
