I understand that this story stopped being about infidelity a lot of chapters ago, and that insisting on pointing out a "hero", a "victim" and a "villain" is meaningless when we are dealing with real people and their suffering along the ride, as this world gets build on.
I really tried focusing on that thought when feeling that Rui's treatment as a character was definitely going to shift at some point, and the outburst scene between her and Sayaka, after having them both face their father together, felt like that moment in question... But, don't get me wrong. I do understand that to every beginning here presented, there has to be an a ending, and that Rui suffered to an amount that can truly screw someones perception of morality and such, but...Pointing out that she is a hurt and messed up person as a reason for Sayaka and others being able to stick along is not enough of a reason to me.
I do understand that mainly Sayaka is made to be interpreted as a "forgiver" and a "giver" in this insistence, but, doesn't she do have the right to mourn her losses too? And, not in a, oh no, everything is going wrong in my life, and yes in the sense of acknowleging Rui's and other peoples wrong doings behind everything that happened with her? Rationality not always heal wounds, especially so many and Rui, girlie, you did a number. Not to say she is the only awful person that Sayaka shouldn't be around anymore, of course.
Idk man. Maybe this story was meant to be more about a easy path to healing than an more difficult one. I did enjoy all the little and big twists in the story and, I would be lying if I said I wasn't truly hooked from start to finish, but I still feel like there's a lot of presence of justification and forgiveness here when people are allowed to just...move on with their lives? I mean, WHY ARE ALL THESE CHARACTERS JUST STICKING TOGETHER FOR SUCH A LONG TIME I DONT GET IT MAN YOU GUYS ARE NOT A BAND AND EVEN THEM BREAK IT OFF AT SOME POINT
like sayaka girlie i understand i was rooting for you and keiichi at some point but like after so much...just go do something else PLEASE
I am a contradictory person. Seeing Sayaka and Rui having the opportunity to live as sisters as they always mean to be broke my heart. Sayaka's mom taking them both as a mean to protect them was a sweet outcome too. Seeing Kazuma sticking around was a surprise, but ironically, a nice one? I do appreciate the time the author took to develop and explain all these characters in excruciating detail. I was able to understand where they come from, but not enough of why they did what they did??? It's just that, for me, at least, there is a lot of hurt for such little recognition of everyone else here involved.
someone help me what posessed me to the point of writing paragraphs for this (dont answer me i know if was just me myself and i idk if i wrote someones name wrong im tired)
