With stories like this I kinda want years to pass by and for the ml to get life experience. The mc doesn’t deserve him as he is, he’s extremely loyal and devoted and honestly the ml doesn’t deserve it. I get he’s got trauma but the ml should be allowed to move on, love other people (or just lust idc really) and eventually they could reconnect but we need the mc to really realise what he did. Nothing quite like meeting a walled off person after meeting them as an open book. Seeing you’ve caused that change is the best revenge you can give to someone like that.
