That’s so awful, i’m tearing up. I can’t imagine the pain Belle was experiencing. I wish that dirty family die in a horrible way, worse that what Belle had :(

Never says is she does but it implies that everyone gets killed in the village. The story is actually very short. Only a few more chapters now
In the novel the scene with the woman was really graphic. She wasn’t just graped by one man it was a whole group and they were really cruel to her. Our mc experienced everything she did and I believe even commented how he could taste one of the men . That’s why the duke was so annoyed about it. He didn’t care about the girl at all but the mc who experienced it. I feel so bad for the girl and her finance she kinda did him a favour by telling him to off himself….i wish she’d just escaped with him and lived happily else where but she really did experience something awful
