Seriously. If I were him I'd just say "sorry for hurting you back then, it was because of X and Y but I know that it doesn't change that you were hurt. We don't need to talk ever again if you don't want to" and then I'd disappear out of his life because after 5 or so years, what he does with his life is truly none of my business.
At the beginning I kinda fell bad for Kwon Seran, because he clearly had one of those insane Christian mothers who would've told him he'd go to hell if he was gay and even sent him to conversion therapy if he came out of the closet; and, as a gay guy, I still *kinda* feel bad for him, but what the fuck was that?
