I love the art, the characters & the story BUT
I agree with some of your points. What if under the rarest circumstances, a minor becomes an esper and he is rampaging, the how will any adult guide help him/her? How would anyone locate a minor guide out of the blue.
Also seems a bit impractical to only guide through sex. And not all guides/espers will have the same sexual orientation as you. Then what?

I completely get you. My first guideverse was Dear 00, and I didn't even know wth guides where before that. I loved that story and how espers came to be and what guides did to HELP them. I'm still waiting for the next season but I would TOTALLY go back for more.
But this story, is a NOT up to the same standard as that. And I LOVE THIS STORY, but there are things about this story that make me mad and I could do without or I wished were changed. I DON'T LIKE that konrad is a complete asshole to fabian. YES, HE IS GETTING BETTER AND OPENING UP TO HIM BUUUUT, we actually got to see his POV and I got to say, I was pretty disappointed and pissed how he views fabian, WHO IS NEW TO THIS WHOLE THIS AND WAS A COMPLETE VIRGIN UP UNTIL HE GOT HIS POWERS. But Konrad, like you said, is mainly talking about how fabian's blood is compatable to his and that he thirsts for it and his powers and how he wants to be tyed to him..... FOR WHAT???? ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
You OBVIOUSLY find him childish and incompetent and annoying, the only thing that interests him is this blood and his powers. IT FUCKING PISSES ME OFF. Like, I get it, Konrad has a SHIT LOAD of ptsd of previous partners and their deaths and he's had a whole lifetime of having to give his body to strangers but he doesn't need to treat fabian like that.
Other than that, I don't like how Espers and Guides are written in this story because espers are practically made out to be THERE FOR GUIDES and not the other way around. Like, why do I have problems controling MY POWERS, but a complete stranger has to randomly fuck me and control them BETTER THAN ME???
Like WTF??? Why are guides treated like they're there to better wield an espers powers than the actual esper? I thought guides are to help control an esper not TAKE COMPLETE CONTROL OVER THEIR POWERS?? Like, "espers? They only there to provide power to the guide", BROTHER WHHYYYY??? THAT'S MY POWER!!!!
ヽ(`Д´)ノ (/TДT)/
But I'm not gonna drop it becuase I love the art and I wanna see where this goe. I see that Konrad is progressing but I do hope that he falls for fabian because he's such a muffin.
But that was my hot take. ( ̄∇ ̄")

Firstly it's a good thing that guide can have some of esper powers it give some equality to the guiverse dynamic. Secondly uke is a traumatised, twisted character of course he will act like he acted towards seme, thirdly he cares about him as a bond partner that's why he participates in his training. You can argue about the purpose on the bonding but that's part of the plot we still have to read his character development.

PTSD explains behavior but does not excuse it. His behavior towards the Seme isn't excusable nor warranted. And no, I don't think guides being able to use esper powers balances anything out. In other Guideverse esper's literally will die without guides, while guides can live just dandy fine without esper's. I think that's a pretty good balance of power.
But no, he doesn't actually care about the Seme so far as a partner or person. He's completely just out to get his hands on the esper's power. He couldn't care less about the person so far in the story. If it wasn't for his ability to control gravity and the guide's ability to get his hands onto that power himself, the uke would never look twice at the Seme.

YESSS, THANK YOU!!!(≧∀≦)
I get that its Konrad's character and its his arch but I still don't like how he treats fabian when he's still new to this. But like I said, HE'S GROWING AND OPENING UP. Which is why I'm still reading and why I'm enjoying the story, because I like seeing character growth and characters falling in love.
I would encourage you to keep reading to see where this story goes, but ofc, it's up to you. (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜

Okay wow.. Everybody have their own opinion but I have to agree with @Blackline on this. Yeah we need to go thru the plot first & digest the character development. OP opinion have some logic to it but to me to say it this early in the story is a bit.. unfair I guess.. at least from my pov this story still have a lot to unravel. Also just like how omegaverse trope is very diverse I'd like for guideverse to be like that as well meaning the role & powers of espers & guide maybe/will be different in every guideverse. But as we know we human are unique so our pov might differ & its kinda great to read that a lot of us actually read this with serious thoughts

Yea, I get you. This is just another interpretation of the guideverse, the rules just don't really click with me that much ya know, like they don't really make that much sense in terms of making a guide over powered versus the esper. But I do want to read the rest and see what else happens. I am invested in this story and I don't wanna drop it when there is so much story left and I've invested so much time into this manhwa. I hope to be proven wrong and I'll eat my words, but only time will tell. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Idk, I'm just not feeling this story. I'm not drawn into it like I was with the first one. Like, guides in this one have to have sex to guide? Kinda weird, surprised there aren't a bazillion little kids running around.
The uke just seems like a cold asshole. 20 some odd chapters in and that hasn't changed at all. I get it, PTSD, but everything he says just makes him seem like a hes shallow and power hungry. He only cares about finding someone to make the blood bond with just so HE could have their powers. (Also not a fan of guides getting esper's powers either).
The side characters acted like the esper was somehow special to the uke, but there is absolutely no hint towards that whatsoever. "He's interested because it's YOU" they say, but time and time and time again we're shown he's interested because it's his blood and his power. He seems constantly annoyed with the Seme, usually pretty abusive too, didn't actually give him a choice about making the bond, and just flat out manipulative.
And this isn't even really a dark romance. It's just.
..blah.
I think I'll drop it. It's just not interesting or a good read. Maybe my first Guideverse was just too well written and this one seems like crap in comparison.
