technically jigu confesses first. the misunderstanding gets to the point where there’s tension and he’s expecting a confession from yeowon but doesn’t get it. yeowon hits him with the “you like me don’t you?” and then he tells jigu he needs time to figure out his own feelings for jigu. i read the novel a while back so this might be a lil rushed or inaccurate.
