yeahhhh the forms were for Euthanasia in Switzerland（/TДT)/ BUT!!!!! the entire story is really beautiful and heartrendering!!!! You get both Haruto's and Akira's perspectives on what's going on in their lives and how the accident changes their lives and relationship. I think it's worth reading till the end especially since Haruto chooses to continue living.
I wish it could have been longer.
