Agree with that BUT in previous chapters Annette herself knows that she doesn’t know anything about Heiner’s past. I fully agree that he broke her completely, made her worse and she finally paid for her father’s mistakes when she did not deserve it. Nevertheless she herself knew NOTHING about the past of Heiner and never asked him anything it is a bit complex. both sides? I mean there’s clearly unsaid and much more

For me, Heiner doesn't really need to hurt Anette to the point where she really wanted to kill herself. Annette doesn't have to repay for all of his father's sins, no? Anette wasn't trying to be ignorant she's just well nested and kept by her parents and it isn't a sin. Still, it doesn't justify what Heiner did to his EXWIFE... He pulled her into an abyss... Now that Annette couldn't play piano (which made heiner fall for her btw), he himself also regretted what he did to her, right? So his past doesn't justify what he did to her cuz he also didn't want to end this way...
Now that Annette was injured and permanently disabled, Heiner just realized what he did now? He destroyed her. Now, she can't play piano just because of that revenge sht he wanted...
Man realized things too late. No one will ever make me like heiner. Ever.
