(1) Go to the search bar on the app and use the title of Little Mushroom in Chinese ( 小蘑菇 )
(2) Then click on the big art at the top of the page, it’ll automatically send you to chapter 1.
(3) On the top right corner you’ll see a circle button with the symbol 详, right next to the share button. Click on the circle. This will send you to the main page with the description of the story and chapters.
(4) Then on the banner art at the top of the page, it’ll show a yellow button that says +关注 right under the share button. Click on it and that’s how you show you followed/added the story to your library.
(5) Next look below the description where the preview images of the chapters are. Below those chapters is a white button that has a down arrow and says 展开目录. Once you click on it, it’ll show the whole list of chapters. Next to each chapter, there’s a like button. Click every like button on every chapter.
(6) Then click on a chapter and just go through every available one to show you read/viewed it. It also gives you an option to use a daily free pass.

Another helpful way to understand what you’re clicking on is to download the g0og.le translate app and screenshot whatever you don’t understand on the app, then import those screenshots into the translate app. It should help translate what you don’t get.
Also if anyone still can’t understand the steps listed or can’t see those options/buttons. I’ll consider making a quick video online with visuals, just reply asking for one.
