Lysbet looks really sick here... I hope she doesn't die, or that she at least holds on until Gjord can take Sylhen away...Also I don't think Lister is behind the medicine. He's cruel, self-centered and abusive, but he's not clever. There are schemes happening and they're what allow Lister to continue his abuse, but I don't think he's aware of them.
