they made that story up, they reset bada's tape a couple times at the beginning so he would believe them to be cousins / being an actual player. since everyone but doha now has their tapes taken out it basically means their save data isnt being loaded so all of them are npc's. their data still exists since nothing happened to the tapes but if it isnt in a radio it wont load hence their memories of being players are gone. the only one who is currently aware of the actual situation is doha.

yes, ig that was seongchan's surname originally, but since they need to make their story plausible ig they put it in bada also so they could progress to the game
honestly i might have skipped over the explanation for it but either they are lying about the last name or its just a coincidence. usually you take the surname of one of your parents so as cousins it doesnt mean you necessarily share the same last name. not sure how popular the surname Pi is but it could be a case as kim or park which are just super big in korea

So what I’m getting is that everyone in that car is a real human; only bada is a true npc right? But how? Since glasses dumbass is a blood relative - or is glasses guy a npc as well who kept his conscious?
And shouldn’t he be aware of it now in the most recent chapter?
They gave bada a consciousness since bada was able to progress in the game I think, and Doha fell in love with him … he was ready to be captured in this game forever, for bada?
