I read the last 3 chapters on manga fire.to The main couples' story ends around 500 then the rest are other couples stories. 1st is Jie's and Yiyi's story. I found it very boring. Then Mochen's love story. I loved that one. Wish there was more of them. There's action and romance. Last is the green haired docter and Yiyi's moms story. It was ok. Everything ends happily with everyone. But none can beat the love of the main couple.
