My question here is why can't they just meet outside the school? I mean the setting was always school, can't they just go to a certain place where they can freely do whatever they want without a barrier? Or maybe to the main character's house or whatever..

I think so too.. but i guess maybe saeno school is dormitory school, since he was cooking in home economic lab. But the rules is ridiculous for me （￣へ￣）

Yeah, even the story a lil bit out of logic, but it's konda hot.. so many "outdoor activity" (≧∀≦)
