I don’t mind that he’s finally fucking off. It’s what she wanted. The problem is that he chose to do this WAY TOO LATE. She was so close to finally leaving and then he found her last minute which only drew attention to her and put a huge target on her back.
When that lady was all like “you thought you had a place next to him?” I laughed outloud. SHE WAS CLEARLY TRYING TO LEAVE!
He’s all “if only I had convinced her to come back, this wouldn’t have happened,” when really what he should’ve done is LET HER GO. Even if he did communicate at this point, there’s barely anything to salvage. She resents him, signed the divorce papers and out in all this effort to get as far away from him as possible. She’s done at this point.
