Underrated for real

I caught up to ch 93, and I must say, I did not expect it to be this good. Compared to other series, it's amazingly high in EQ content. All the characters have quirks, real human thoughts and considerations. The story has some sluggish moments but always has a high payoff. There's no stressful drama, and both the ML and FL are likeable, relatable, and have a lot of personality. I like that there's a lot of personal and relationship growth without high stakes. The series is also very focused on women's rights (or lack thereof). The art also steadily improves as chapters progress. There's so much good going on with this series that the 8.8 rating seems like a shame.

My favourite thing is that /ALL/ the characters think and act independently but organically in relation to each other. They each feel uniquely real in speech and behaviour with regards to how they are and how they interact with each other. It could be a two-bit villain and they'd still be thought-out.

It was a really nice breakaway from the many cliches that haunt this genre. I hope the ending is satisfactory. For now, I definitely recommend reading it.
