Not necessarily, sometimes they just bought the same 3d asset of the apartment that’s all (most artists don’t draw bg and uses premade 3d one to fasten up their work)
They might have used the same program where a building layout/floor plan is already made.
Drawing the whole building/apartment is a hassle so using that program makes their work easier.
There’s a lot of 3d interiors/ exterior selling specifically for webtoon artists to help them with the bg ,so there’s a possibility that the artists just happened to choose the same one.
