The premise of this story captivated me from the start. In the dim, pulsating atmosphere of a club, my heart raced as I witnessed the burgeoning love between our main characters. Yet, there's a haunting shadow hanging over the protagonist, a turbulent past that clings to him like a ghost, compounded by a profound trauma surrounding blood. It’s a delicate and promising narrative. Now? They both quit their jobs at the club, we still aren't going in depth about our mc’s backstory, and now we are focusing on the side couple out of no where?!
Clearly majority of us do not care about this side couple. And yet we go back to the main one in this chapter and it feels like they all lost their minds. They used to be smart and filled with dexterity.
For me, it feels like the author went through amnesia and forgot who their characters were in episode 1… I am so devastated as I used to be excited for this story. And yet another story is slowly going toward the gutter with its plot. What a shame.
