Help me fine this Yaoi Title!

Hi I am looking for a recently new yaoi manwha about a uke who got isekai in to a normal world. He hates it cuz he forgotten who he was and one time he wrote his memories into a piece of paper but because he wasnt careful his mom clean his room and throw the paper away. This left him shock and have a break down cuz his forgetting himself. And than he met the seme (probably a gangster or a business man) he met the ike by chance and when the uke have another episode of breakdown the seme help him. This was all I remember in the 1st chapter
