Dunno why yer getting a lot of dislikes because I honestly agree (although when I first read it I just went passed it cuz I like this author and I’m so use to it) but I do wish they had warnings at least… SA/non con is so overlay used tho same shit different story.
So many comments saying this is cute and a good rec from one of the lists I liked made me think I’d really enjoy this but…
Like theres zero consent in the beginning I’m only on chapter 4 and so far its been coercion and rape (and just because it feels good doesn't mean it's not rape) — I was just really uncomfortable reading the first couple chapters but tried to give it a chance to change my mind then it went from non consensual kissing and then to full on noncon. I really wish more BL would have content warnings. And I know it’s fiction and sometimes I can even enjoy a fiction thats less than kosher but only when I’m specifically looking for something toxic.
So be warned if you expecting it to be cute or sweet or anything but noncon in the first few chapters — and this is not to say that it may not get better later I’m just feeling to much of an ick to continue
