OP said "insanely good art" and yk under any circumstances I would've said rainbow city because I LOVE LOVE LOVE RoGer nim's art SO SO MUCH. I really do. But if I often see comments about people disliking the rainbow city art style, then should it be considered "insanely good art"? now at the same time, art styles shouldnt be judged on how many people like it but at the same time if im recommending stuff to others, then i gotta take other's opinions into consideration right? And say the rainbow city art style didn't fit into OP's preferences of "insanely good art" then the rec wouldn't fit what OP is asking for.
