If it were me, I’d just tear that guy (or girl) apart for upsetting and disrespecting my boyfriend like that. No way I’d let someone cross those boundaries and make him feel that uncomfortable, especially right in front of me. Respect goes both ways, and if they can’t get that, they don’t deserve to be around us.

I saw the raws —yeah, it’s obviously gonna end well, but I swear Ash lives to push his lover to the edge. He could’ve just explained the situation with his ex straight up instead of letting it fester. I get that the uke is timid and always putting himself down, but this time it was definitely on the seme to clear things up, especially after seeing how uncomfortable he was(just to be clear, I’m only talking about the situation at the table, not the one uke overheard). And don’t even get me started on their friends—they’re absolute trash for dragging it out and still gossiping about it in the next chapter (even if it’s just among themselves).
