I read the novel this manhwa based on , just search empathy novel
he was in love with the seme during middle school but had internalized homophonia and gang raped the seme with his frineds and filmed him then send it to the seme mom who end up developing mental trauma cuz what happened to her son , since then seme wanted to take revenge on the uke , the seme had feminine looks so he blamed the seme for his own feelings toward him , the uke is misogynist too
