She's doing this for two reasons: One, for the sick sister
And two: for her sake (Because in a way, somehow, she gets to be with Noah even though nothing is reciprocated. Also, being with him has always been something she's ever wanted. And when an opportunity like that came to light — she took it.)
i know we all think Brian is the better option but girlie just wanted that toxic and messy relationship.
