I think the translation was a bit off, even tho it was the official one. Basically their company is in charge of humans and creatures from books. And this job exists because otherwise they wouldn't know what to do with their free time (at least, that what I understood)
I still don’t get it even from ur explanation, like ok how do they get to the humans and creatures they are in charge of? Do they teleport them to where they are? Is it through dreams? Like what is their system of work if that makes sense? Nothing about what they do is explained thoroughly
