Is this a harem or an all put war with one girl winning in the end?

At first it gives that impression, but then they start focusing on each girl individually. It become a literal slice of life instead of a slow burn. And they also talk about the relationships between the character, lime they do address stuff like "Do we really have to date?" and things like that.
