Flashback person is definitely ML, you can see the white lines he has over his black tattoos and MC also straight away mentions it in his thoughts, that he got the flashback of ML killing that zombie on the hill
Go look at page 27 the arm is white it doesn't the black tattoo lining we would have seen the taton because it's from the side pov so it's likely the arm fo somebody else
Also mc could totally be lying to himself or he doesn't remember well I don't think we should take his words as full proof truth being an unreliable narrator is possible
If we compare the rings from page 10 to the ones on his pointer finger on page 26 and ring finger on page 27, I would say they match? Also, I'm pretty sure the hand being white is a choice made on purpose by the author/artist to make it more difficult to make out who it is?
That's also true, I guess we can just agree to disagree until it gets cleared out later in the story, if it will, if not we can just keep to our own opinion (●'◡'●)ﾉ

Also who is guwon exactly? from what the doctor said you need to be useful to him or the town he abandons you? / murder you?? We don't know yet
Anyways interestingly enough guwon can mean life so if he is an experiment that would be a really good piece of foreshadow
