That's a novel only, (there is a manhua but it's discontinued too amd not really good)and the novel was banned from being published for having themes of being against the gov. It is a good cultivation novel but depends on if the story is your thing, it's not a romance, it's a dark action and philosophical novel.
The story is about a guy who goes back in time and with his knowledge from the future tries to gain immortality, and in process, kinda does some selfish actions. Also he's an old man that was brought back in time,so it's also philosophical and no romance.
It's like solo levelling in a sense that the mc is trying hard to ve powerful and gaining experience but it doesn't have romance and is pretty ruthless and also selfish. Give it a go tho, it's popular for a reason
