Ahh unfortunately I dont think shes the one, the art style from what I remember was more like, sharp in a way? Kind of nana style? Do yk any other possible authors? Ive been looking for a while and I still cant find it
Sorry, besides Hwang Mi-ri/Han Yu-ran, the only black and white manhwa artists I can remember are Lee So Young, Lee Eun Young, and Lee Hyeon-Sook. I don't recall any of those 3 having a story similar to the one you're looking for.

does anyone know this manga basically mc girl is riding her bike and delivering smth as her job, a guy (The ML) riding his car hits her and she breaks her leg or smth. So shes in the hospital and he shows up with like flowers and treats I think?? And I remember she throws one of the cakes in his face. The story is abt him taking care of her while her leg is injured and it turning into a romance. They both had dark hair and the girl had bangs I think. Also its a pretty old manga, I read a physical copy years ago, and it was in korean but idk if its originally korean, bc its in manga format
